Myself and my team were due to train at the TIGI Academy, how can I change the booking?
If you haven’ t received our cancellation notification, please contact your Account Manager or firstname.lastname@example.org. All cancelled Academy courses can be re-booked at later date in 2020, subject to availability.
Please be sure to contact your travel booking provider for a possible refund. It may also be worth checking your options through your travel insurance provider. Unfortunately, TIGI will not be able to refund any costs due to cancelled travel.
